1. About a-amusement network
a-amusement network is operated by Lumacore Game Studio and provides a unified social identity, pass system, and cross-platform connectivity across LumaChat, ReChat, wsConnect, Discord, and Nerimity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Lumacore may request age verification at any time.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, report any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
4. The Pass System
Passes are non-transferable and tied to your account. Paid passes follow the pricing and refund policies at time of purchase. Lumacore may modify or discontinue pass benefits with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not harass or harm others, post unlawful or obscene content, impersonate anyone, attempt unauthorised access, use automated bots without permission, or disrupt the network's infrastructure.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content but grant Lumacore a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of operating the network. Lumacore's own branding and software remain its exclusive property.
7. Privacy
Your use is also governed by Lumacore's Privacy Policy. By using the network you consent to data collection, use, and sharing as described there.
8. Termination
Lumacore may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Lumacore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
Lumacore may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
